Our cling peaches come from farms in the Warm Bokkeveld, Breede River Valley and Klein Karoo. We peel the peaches, slice them by hand and dry them to the perfect texture. They’re chewy, flavourful and delicious.

While cling peaches have firm flesh, Elberta peaches are famous for their soft texture and traditional, deep flavour profile.

Our Elberta peaches are grown on our farm here at Koelfontein, as well as on farms stretching from Prince Alfred’s Hamlet to Tulbagh and Citrusdal.

We cut the perfectly ripe peaches in half, remove the stones and then dry the halves on wooden trays in the sun.
