Delivery Information

DELIVERY DETAILS

We offer two safe and convenient methods for receiving your order:

Delivery: We’re proud to offer free delivery to your door on orders over R750 to addresses in South Africa. If your order is under R750, we charge a flat delivery rate of R100 for this service.

Collect: You can select “pickup from our farm shop” and you will be able to collect from our farm shop for free. Please note that our farm shop address is Koelfontein Farm, Prince Alfred’s Hamlet, 6840, Western Cape.

ORDER PROCESSING

If you pay via Credit Card then your order will immediately be sent through for processing and packing.

If you pay via EFT then your order will only be processed once payment reflects in company’s account.

All our products are handmade and order processing takes 2 – 4 working days before we dispatch.

DELIVERY

We use The Courier Guy (TCG) for order deliveries and delivery times vary from 1 – 3 working days depending on the province, city, town or if an outlaying/rural area address.

Deliveries require complete and valid addresses within South Africa. Parcels cannot be delivered to PO boxes, courier offices or post offices.  We do not deliver internationally.

We do not offer same or next day delivery, all orders are couriered as standard delivery.

TRACKING

You will receive a waybill / tracking number communicated via email once your order has been processed, packed, and dispatched. Please use the waybill number included in the email to track your order. You can track your parcel here.

Please note that we use branded Cecilia’s Farm tamper proof tape on all parcels and if you suspect your parcel has been tampered with, please take a photo in the presence of the TCG driver and contact us within 24 hours of your order being delivered.
