At Cecilia’s Farm we try to make sure that every one of our handmade products and hampers are delivered to our customer’s doors in perfect condition. However, if you find that you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, please email us at email@example.com or call us on +27 (0)23 331 3130 with your order number. When we have received and checked the returned goods, we will issue a refund gift voucher with the value of the returned goods, to use with your next purchase.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you receive delivery of a parcel from us and the contents have been damaged during transit, please notify us within 7days of taking the delivery. Once damaged items are returned, we will issue a refund gift voucher with the total value of the damaged item(s), to use with your next purchase.
You have the right to return a faulty item within 30 days along with proof of purchase. After investigating, we will issue a refund gift voucher with the total value of the defective item(s).
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days, and return the incorrect item to us and specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered, we will send you the correct item as soon as possible, or alternatively we can email you a refund gift voucher for the missing product, to use with your next purchase. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and we must have the incorrect item returned before investigating.
