A fruity twist on that ultimate tea-time treat, the scone! Just add butter, no need for jam for a sweet treat.

Prepare a batch of your favourite scone recipe and add about 125 g Cecilia’s Farm Elberta Peaches, cubed, for every 500 ml of cake flour to the flour mixture. Bake as usual and serve warm with butter.
