Bites of meringue heaven! Tangy curd and delicious dried fruit bits on little meringue clouds, what could be better?

Mini pavlovas with dried fruit & lemon curd

Prepare your favourite pavlova recipe and bake as smaller pavlovas (or buy them pre-made!). Allow to cool and fill with homemade lemon curd. Garnish with your favourite combination of various Cecilia’s Farm dried fruit, such as cling peaches, cubed; Mango, cut into strips; Turkish Apricots, cubed; Cranberries and Blueberries. Roasted & Salted Macadamias, coarsely chopped will also be delicious. Garnish with fresh mint, lemon or lime zest and edible flowers.
