Mix 4 Cecilia’s Farm Royal Apricots, finely chopped; 30 ml finely chopped Cecilia’s Farm Roasted & Salted Almonds and fresh thyme leaves on a plate. Roll a goat’s cheese log into the mixture, pressing it on gently. Perfect on a cheese platter.
