Simmer 100 g Cecilia’s Farm Royal Apricots with 5 ml cumin seeds, 60 ml orange juice and 125 ml Rooibos tea, with a lid until soft. Blend, add a good glug of olive oil and toss in chicken wings. Season, cover, roast at 180° C for 20 minutes, uncover and roast until golden.
