Cut about 7 Cecilia’s Farm Fruit Rolls into 4 slices each, use any of the flavours in the range. Unroll each slice and thread in a zig-zag pattern onto skewers with about 4 chicken fillets, sliced, cucumber ribbons and a handful of rocket leaves.
