Our locally grown Royal apricots are tree-ripened to allow the flavour and texture to reach its best levels, and then picked and minced into a fruit pulp and dried before being rolled up into our much-loved apricot rolls. Our production process results in a chunky dried fruit roll with real pieces of fruit in it and is one of the most convenient ways of keeping real apricots in a drawer or bag for an easy snack.
