Sweet & savoury mini-cones, a wonderful throw-back to childhood summer days...

 

Cheese & Chive Mini-Cones recipe

Unroll 2-3 Cecilia’s Farm Peach & Nectarine and/or Apricot Fruit Rolls. Cut in half lengthwise and then each half into three. Roll into mini-cones and squeeze the edges to secure, or use a small cocktail stick or toothpick. Mix 250 ml smooth full cream cottage cheese with 15 ml chopped fresh chives and season with a grind of black pepper. Spoon into a piping bag and fill the cones with the mixture. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and more chopped chives. Serve immediately as a cocktail snack.
