Delicious creamy cocktail bites - like little clouds of delight to bite into!

 

Stuffed Turkish Apricots recipe

Finely chop 80 g Cecilia’s Farm Salty Caramel Cashews or any other Cecilia’s Farm nut mixture of your choice. Mix into 250 ml smooth full cream cottage cheese and 15 ml chopped Italian parsley. Season with salt and pepper and spoon into a piping bag. Fill 25-30 Cecilia’s Farm Turkish Apricots with the mixture and serve as a snack on a cocktail platter.
