Make your own salted caramel and pair with our dried bananas over ice-cream – it’s really easy and like serving happiness in a bowl!
Simmer 190 ml soft brown sugar, 125 ml golden syrup, 75 ml butter, 200 ml cream and 75 ml water for 5 minutes until thickened. Add a pinch of salt flakes to taste and serve on scoops of vanilla ice cream with pieces of Cecilia’s Farm Banana Slices.
