Add a little tropical sunshine & energy to your day with this home-made oat, nut and dried banana muesli
Thoroughly mix 500 ml rolled oats, 60 ml honey, 60 ml sunflower oil and 50 g pecan nuts. Bake in a single layer at 200°C for 10-15 minutes or until crispy. Allow to cool. Cut Cecilia’s Farm Banana Slices into smaller pieces and mix into the cooled muesli. Store in an airtight container and enjoy as a breakfast or a snack.
