A deliciously easy sweet & sour noodle stir-fry to serve with your favourite topping or on it’s own.
Stir-fry 3 chopped spring onions with 100 g (250 ml) Cecilia’s Farm Pineapple Chunks. Toss in 250 g cooked egg noodles, 200 g bok choi or spinach and 45 ml teriyaki sauce. Serve warm as a side dish with fish, chicken, pork or seafood.
