A 3 ingredient tropical snack that’s wonderfully sweet and super quick to make!
Soak 80 g (200 ml) Cecilia’s Farm Pineapple Chunks in 60 ml boiling water for a few minutes. Blend in a food processor with 80 g chopped, Cecilia’s Farm Roasted & Salted Macadamias and 125 ml toasted coconut until smooth. Add another 80 g (200 ml) pineapple chunks and stir until just combined. Roll into balls and enjoy as a snack – perfect for a lunch box or dessert platter.
