A whole new twist on mango – this lemon, coriander & mango butter is wonderful with fresh fish or prawns off the braai. Yum!
Mix 200 g softened butter with 40 g Cecilia’s Farm Mango Strips, cut in cubes; 15 ml grated lemon rind and 60 ml chopped coriander. Refrigerate and serve with grilled or fried fish and seafood and garnished with extra fresh coriander.
