This salsa combines all the classic salsa flavours with the delicious sweetness of our dried nectarines and adds a great new dimension to all your favourite foods.
Cube 100 g Cecilia’s Farm Colourburst™ Nectarines and mix with ½ red pepper, cubed; ¼ cucumber, cubed and 1 celery stalk, chopped. Stir in a drizzle of olive oil and a handful each chopped coriander and basil. Serve with roasted or grilled chicken, fish or pork or even burgers.
