Chunky Macadamia, Cherry & White Chocolate Cookies

We already know that macadamias and dried cherries are a delicious combination, but add in some white chocolate and you have possibly the best cookie on the planet!

Prepare your favourite biscuit recipe. For every 500 ml of flour, add 1 x 80 g Cecilia’s Farm Macadamias & Cherries and 30 g roughly chopped good quality white chocolate. The zest of 1 lemon complements these flavours beautifully, so add that with the nuts and cherries. Bake large cookies until golden brown. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container – be warned, these cookies are addictive
