Fruit wheels with crème fraîche sweet bites

An absolutely heavenly flavour and texture combination that needs almost no prep - a wonderful way to finish a meal!

Fruit wheels with crème fraîche sweet bites

 

Mix 125 ml (½ cup) crème fraîche with 2,5 ml (½ tsp) finely grated lemon rind and 5 ml (1 tsp) fresh thyme leaves. Cut a Cecilia’s Farm Fig & Almond Fruit Wheel into 8-10 thick slices and dollop some of the crème fraîche mixture on top. Garnish with extra lemon rind and fresh thyme. Serve with a glass of port or muscadel as a pre-dinner snack or even dessert.
