Rub 100 ml hard butter, cubed; into 250 ml oats; 125 ml cake flour; 75 ml soft brown sugar; 2,5 ml mixed spice and 50 g Cecilia’s Farm Roasted & Salted Almonds, coarsely chopped; until it resembles breadcrumbs. Spread in a single layer on a baking tray and bake at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Stir in 80 g Cecilia’s Farm Whole Cherries and allow to cool. Layer in glasses with Greek yoghurt.
