Pear & bacon open sandwich
A perfect lunch combo – sweet dried Bon Chretién pears and crispy bacon, what could be better?
Assemble open sandwiches on wholewheat bread with crispy bacon, mild blue cheese, fresh wild rocket and Cecilia’s Farm Bom Chretién Pears. Serve with a good grind of black pepper.
