Chocolate & Pear Puffs

Little bites of chocolate-pear heaven, and so easy to make!

Cut a sheet of puff pastry in half lengthwise and then into 15 strips width-wise, so that there are 30 evenly sized shorter strips. Sprinkle each with dark chocolate chips, place half a Cecilia’s Farm Bon Chrétien Pear on each strip and roll up. Brush with beaten egg and bake at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
