Blueberry Flapjacks

Breakfast in bed - a perfect way to start Valentine's Day! And this is a really easy way to look like a gourmet without too much fuss ;)

Prepare your favourite flapjack batter. Stir in 2 x 80 g Cecilia’s Farm Dried Blueberries, with about 7,5 ml (½ tbsp) ground cinnamon for every 500 ml (2 cups) cake flour. Prepare flapjacks according to the recipe or pre-mix instructions. Serve warm with Cecilia’s Farm Cranberry & Apricot Honey Nut Drizzle, more dried blueberries, fresh mint and crispy bacon. Perfect for a romantic breakfast or brunch this Valentine’s day.
