Cashew & Cranberry
The global travels of the Portuguese spread cashews from South America around the world, and that is why they now flourish as far afield as Mozambique and India. And while most cranberries are sliced to extract their juice and the skins are then dried, ours are whole cranberries from Willamette Valley in Oregon state which makes them rather special. Just like the special mouthful you’ll find when you combine cashews and whole cranberries like we do in this fabulous combination snack.
