A wonderfully complex and enticing nose of lemon curd, grilled hazelnuts, talc and sweet oak. On the palate, the wine is pure creamed lemon sherbet showing a great interplay between sweet and savoury tones. It promises a lot of sweetness but finishes wonderfully dry with gentle mineral and floral notes.
