Nectarine & Hummus Crostini

A delicious, light vegetarian option for a light lunch or to add to a table of finger foods – definitely a more-ish, satisfying mouthful!

Cut a wholewheat baguette into thin slices, brush with olive oil and toast in the oven at 180 °C for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool and spread with hummus. Top with thin slices of Cecilia’s Farm Colourburst™ Nectarines and garnish with fresh mint. A delicious light lunch or make it part of a cocktail platter.
